LWV-St. Peter Area volunteers will be participating in “You Count: Voter Rights and Responsibilities”, part of a program series sponsored by The Maverick Diversity Institute that features a variety of topics to increase understanding of equity, access, and inclusion. On October 4, Liz Steinborn Gourley, Director of the MSU Women’s Center, will be co-presenting with African American Affairs Director, Balencia Sariah Crosby on voter access. This session is targeted at students. The League of Women Voters will provide students with information on registering to vote and making a voting plan.
